We have an exciting line-up of discussions for Green-Thinkers during 2015 to stimulate the little green cells as follows:
- Feb: The Circular Economy and Business Resilience
- May: Sustainable Cities
- Sept: ‘Regenerative Capitalism’ (John Fullerton)
- Nov: Challenges in energy provision
We will be shifting the focus from specific books to topics to allow for more free-ranging discussions. We will still have one main text for each meeting but supplement this with other resources, some of which may be free to download and others may be videos.

New Format for 2015
Green Thinkers will follow a new format for 2015, as we change emphasis from reading just one text, to exploring a topic area. We’ll still have a core text which will be set out before the meeting, but we’ll also provide lots of ideas of other you titles you may want to read instead or as well as the core text. The aim is to broaden the focus of the discussion on the topic and steer away from a too narrow critique of just any specific title.
We’ve already set out the outline dates and topics for the whole year so that you know what we are discussing and when to help you plan. The date, core text, and suggested extra texts will be confirmed in the week following a meeting for the next group. Around one month before the meeting, we’ll send out some questions / ideas / areas that we will aim to focus on at the coming event.
